How it all works? Here are the key areas.. 1) We do the complete recruitment agency set up and cover all the foundations such as branding, finance and the legal side of things. All you need to do is the 360 recruitment cycle. 2)Placement commission issplit into two sections, 70% to you the Director (you) and 30% to RP (investor). Our 30% goes towards the cost of the agency set up, complete maintenance and accountancy for the agency. A true win win. 3) We work on a 24 months working agreement.
