I called last Monday morning and got no answer. However, I received a call back. David told me he was training office staff and would call back to make an appointment within 30 minutes. That call didn't happen. 4 hours later I called again and David said he thought he would be able to survey the site on Thursday but would confirm a time later. He also said his office staff would return my original call later in the day. Neither David nor his office called. On Wednesday I texted David asking if Thursday was still available. I didn't even get a reply. All in all a poor service.

Dave and his team really impressed me, I never leave feedback really but I feel I need to tell others about how fantastic my experience has been with him. He was so professional from the minute he arrived to complete the free survey to the time he's said goodbye. The area remained clean and tidy the whole time so that it didn't affect us too much. The workmen were courteous and friendly, they seemed very efficient at their jobs working well together. I think the overall look of the wall at the end is just flawless and I'm really happy with the work carried out. Highly recommended!

Being very skeptical of which company to use after being stung a couple of times in the past with other tradespeople, I was immediately put at ease with Dave and his team. Such a relief to see how professionally he handled the work and how much extra time he gave me to fully understand the process to put my mind to rest.
