Received a reasonable quote and had a reverse camera installed. There were a few issues interacting with my screen. They were more than happy with me taking it back for investigation. After researching with the manufacturer they had extra equipment sent at no extra cost to me. They kept me informed throughout and explained in depth the issue. They were extremely helpful and customer service was great from the installation engineer and the owner. They showed absolute dedication to get the job done to a high standard and to make sure I was happy even with a follow up courtesy email. I did alot of research as was abit apprehensive from what company to use but so glad I went with Auto Tec and would recommend anyone use the professional and friendly service they provided.

First class service from the first time I contacted them to enquire about my BlackVue dash cam install right through to the day of install. Went through everything I needed to know beforehand, location of cam, cabling etc and then a full run through once it was all installed. Cannot recommend the team highly enough. Exceptional install.
