Bought a decent quantity of Intergral bulbs from here, they arrived no problem but when they started failing and I needed replacements under warranty, Everything LED were useless and bulbs never got replaced, they just stopped replying to emails. I would not use again and would not recommend. My advise shop elsewhere...

Understand we are in difficult times and deliveries might be slow, but ordered some lights over a week ago, had an email to confirm the order - but numerous emails unreplied to since and 4 unanswered phone calls today are getting me a bit concerned! I only want to know roughly when they will arrive, not being precious!
Very small company I think with just one person., They had a problem with my card but after a week had not even sent me an email. Terrible service, not worth the hassle for the few pence you save. Buy elsewhere. I note your response which is easy to do to try and protect your reputation after the fact. Actions speak louder than quick responses to bad reviews.
great carvery here but could tell peas wer microwaves
Good Service, 3rd order for some Bright GU10's for the showroom and can tell the difference. Will buy more in future.
