I went to see Mark for issues I have with food and anxiety, he is very easy to talk too and makes you feel very comfortable straight from the get go. I found d my sessions with him helped me greatly and also relieved my stress aswell as everything I wanted to work on. This wasn't the first hypnotherapist that I saw. Sadly I found the first person I attended didn't seem to understand what I needed. However, I was reassured from my first contact with Mark that he would always be doing his best to help. His experience with my issue was very reassuring. I found him to be so much more understanding than the last hypnotherapist and so I would recommend him to anyone who doesn't know where to turn next.
I had already seen another hypnotherapist but I wasn't really feeling confident that they could help me when I came across your website. Seeing you on video helped me make up my mind to contact you. I knew from your first email reply to me that you would be able to help me more. I am so glad that I didn't just give up and that I decided to try again by coming to see you. My counselling had helped me but I seemed to get stuck going round and round in the same things and I didn't really want to stay stuck. Thanks to the way you helped me learn about patterns and changing them I am now back at work and enjoying it more and more. I can't wait to get out and about even more once the weather starts to get better and I will be listening to the recordings that you gave me as well. I know they are there whenever I need them. I would recommend anyone unsure about skype to try Mark for help. I wasn't sure how working on my anxiety with skype would go but as I now live in the US and only travel back to home occasionally I decided to contact Mark. I found the process to be so much more simple than I thought and the results that I have had have helped me see things differently. The recordings he made have been a really great add on to the talking that we have done in our sessions. Coming from seeing a counsellor the extra added dimension has been useful for me. Thank you. I will see you next time when I feel I want a top up of your positivity.
Mark is a fabulous guy that I am really blessed to know. I wanted to do some past life regression and WOW!! I have to say it was just amazing and has helped me immensely. It is an area that some get a bit freaked out by, well Mark made it a wonderful experience and I would not hesitate to use him again!
