We honestly could not have gone through the process of birth without the information, guidance and support of Miriam at Parent Tribe. Arriving much earlier than expected, our son gave our ‘calm and peaceful’ birthing aspirations a run for our money as labour was extremely quick. However, the empowerment I felt despite the shock should not be underestimated and made both of us feel like we knew what was going to happen. Couldn’t recommend this course enough. If you’re undecided, you should definitely give it a go!
