I had a niggling issue with my knee, after months of the on/ off twinge I decided it was time to try and get it resolved. I booked in with Vaida expecting her to just look at my knee but NO she gave me an all over MOT, checking me over from head to toe and she even identified I had a shoulder issue that I hadn’t mentioned and her expertise shone through as she demonstrated how my knee complaint was linked to varying components of my body. After my first session, I left Vaida’s bright, airy, spacious, modern clinic feeling reassured that she would sort out the issue with my knee and probably more. In my first session she focused on trying to resolve the issue with my knee that was causing me discomfort, the day after my first session I could already feel a significant improvement. Much more so than I expected after one session! I have had a further session where Vaida continued to work on my leg and the remainder of my body and I have no doubt she’ll iron out my ailments, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her she is caring, compassionate and passionate about her field of work!

Vaida successfully treated me via the NHS a few years ago for my neck and shoulder problems. No one else had managed to achieve what she did. I tracked her down a year ago when the problem arose again. She is professional thorough and knowledgeable.

Working from home during lockdown really messed my back up to such an extend that I couldn't walk. After my very first visit I was able to walk and after subsequent visits I am now back to my old self. I am very grateful for Vaida and cannot recommend her enough.

I’ve visited Vaida a few times now as I keep breaking myself playing tennis. She’s very knowledgeable about sports injuries and has managed to keep me going and given great advice through all sorts of muscle injuries and strains. I would thoroughly recommend a visit if you’d like to get fixed and work out a program to maintain mobility

Vaida is absolutely my go to physio - I wish she lived closer, but I don't mind travelling. I like that she explains in depth why some of my injuries happen and how I can avoid them (or reduce them) by using other muscle groups or correcting my posture. I had a knee problem a little while ago she sorted out for me. Also, Vaida used craniosacral therapy to relieve the pressure in my head after a skiing accident. This greatly helped my recovery. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone I know.

I have now had 5 sessions with Vaida, including my initial assessment. In my opinion... She's amazing! In the past I've seen two other physio's for the same shoulder injury which I've had for over a year now. I had no initial 'accident' and Vaida is the first to look at my whole body and consider that the shoulder is a casualty of an old knee injury and consequential weak hip joint and general resulting 'body wonkiness' (NB: my term, not Vaida's). We are working on all the elements together and it's helping. Very recently she consulted my GP and I now have a referral to a shoulder specialist so that I can get an MRI, but in the meantime, Vaida and I continue to work on building up my strength and movement range. She's totally involves her patient in their own treatment, asking opinions of what works best for my own agenda and goals. She performs acupuncture and cupping as well as hands on physio manipulation and straps my shoulder with sticky tape when required to add strength to my shoulder to help me perform my home exercises more efficiently. So, in all, I'm counting my lucky stars that I've found her and feel hopeful that this pain will soon be a thing of the past. And talk to her about her pre paid treatment plans. It's definitely worth signing up to multiple sessions to get the generous discounts she offers.

Vaida has been a wonderful influence in our lives. Our 2 year old Son had low muscle tone from birth and Vaida’s guidance, recommendations and treatments from both a physiotherapy and craniosacral therapy perspective have been second to none. Vaida is extremely experienced, but is able to immediately put you at ease and she was amazing at adapting her approach to work with our young Son, whilst also keeping us as parents well informed. As well as helping our Son to achieve better posture and movement, she also helped me gain better pelvic alignment during pregnancy through a cranial treatment. The treatment I had successfully eased my lower back pain and helped me feel totally relaxed. We will continue to work with Vaida and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her, both as a physio and a craniosacral therapist.
