I was really impressed with everything Clear-flow did. I called up around 1pm and the engineer was round within a couple of hours, on the same day. He was really thorough and helpful. The drains were not in a good way when he arrived. He left them spotless. Also, they are really good value for money. I cannot recommend them highly enough! Thank you.

Excellent customer service over the Christmas and New Year holidays. Notified Clearflow late afternoon that my drainage system was backing up. Someone came to investigate early the following morning and, by lunchtime, both septic tank and soak away had been cleared. At all times staff were friendly and professional.
