Unfortunately, I went to see them needing a form signing by a solicitor to prove my identity, it had to be a solicitor, the fee I think, was only 5. I took all the relevant documents, the solicitor never even looked at them but told me in no uncertain terms he had no intentions of doing it. Odiously, not enough money involved I think? I went to another solicitor across the road, who did straight away, was pleasant and obliging, any future work I will use them.
