I am a independent consultant engineer working for the world’s largest maker of orthopaedic prosthetics (knee joints, hip replacements and fracture plates. My job is to work with doctors to find new ways of improving the product and the machines that make them. I find it all most imposable to believe some of the bad reviews that read about Lasermasters. I have used them for some number of years now and have always found them to give a good and fast service, There laser cutting is the best I have seen. I deal with Linda in sales she always replies to emails very quickly and keeps me informed of progress We have had a few bumps on the way but nothing that has not being sorted out quickly and efficiently We all make mistakes we would not be human if we didn’t. If you are looking for Laser cutting Have no fears of using Lasermasters they are as good as you will find anywhere and at a good price

I have placed 40 orders with Laser master over the last 4 years, they are always helpful and the quality of their work is always excellent. My company only consists of me, I can not keep large amount of stock, so the orders I put in to Laser Master can vary from just a few parts to test a new item, to several hundred at a time, they are happy to do small, or larger numbers. With the type of products that I make and sell, even the slightest blemish or fault means the part is more than often, not usable, I am happy to say, they have never given me a reason to complain, and they are able to do this at a very competitive price, not that I will tell them that ;) I have included a few photos of the items that Laser Master have cut for me. Cost me about 50,000 in lost sales due to them sending me TERRIBLE quality items that I could not resell. Nothing like the samples that were approved, they were defective, full of dents, chips and dirty. It was a nightmare to resolve, they were extremely difficult to deal with but I eventually managed to get money back from them. AVOID.
