Excellent storage at a very competitive price. Actual people to talk to on the phone and understanding and amenable staff makes this the best experience of dealing with a company I've had in a long time. George and his team have been very helpful during my time with them and it's sad to see them leaving Bristol centre. Best of luck to the whole team there and thank you.

Fantastic place to store your stuff. I had a unit for a year. Great location and very easy to use any time of day. Felt very secure and it was straightforward to use. Everything worked well and found the online services and automated systems helpful. George was a pleasure to deal with and enjoyed the friendly and personal service. Would definitely use Red Spot again and recommend to my friends and family.
Excellent customer service - as first time storage users - George answered all our questions whether via phone or email, promptly, politely and patiently. Items were collected by a lovely couple in whom we had immediate faith! Two quotes from my student son sum it up "I think this company must have a policy of only employing really nice people" and later on the train home "It has just occurred to me that I handed over my precious items to Teresa and Martin without a second thought, it felt really secure!". The whole transaction from start to finish has been efficient, friendly and felt really safe - also very good value. Highly recommend this company.
I needed a place to store all my furniture asap, a day before flying out of the country, but it was out of regular working hours, which was a problem for other storage places! Amazingly, George sorted out everything on the phone so that I could access a container at night, no problem, and payment was sorted the next day from the airport! Truly a first rate personal service. Highly recommended.
The best storage facility in Bristol! George is really helpful and friendly, giving an excellent personal welcome and always very helpful. Storage is clean, dry and very easy to access at any time. Located conveniently and easy to get to. No lifts, corridors etc to negotiate with heavy items, I regulalrly backed up a van to the unit and dropped the tail lift directly into the unit, making heavy items very easy to handle. Highly recommended, it's worth having surplus items just so you can use this great storage facility!
Friendly, helpful and can highly recommend. Owner is ever so customer orientated and was always polite, friendly and helpful although I never met him personally. Always returns calls too, even over weekends. Would definitely use Red Spot Storage again.
Excellent self storage units. Safe and reliable within close distance to the centre and temple meads. Fantastic customer service 24 hours. Couldn't have hoped for better even at very short notice. Great value too! Would recommend and definitely will use again if ever I need to :-)
The best thing about Red Spot is the personal attention that I have received from its owner. George has gone out of his way to help me with a difficult shipment from overseas. The storage spaces are very clean, spacious and you can drive your car or van right up to the door of your individual container. The location is very convenient, prices competitive and there is 24/7 access. Highly recommended.
