Really impressed with the service offered by Regal Kitchens, cannot fault the project management from start to finish. The whole team were a pleasure to work with, with nothing being too much trouble. We had some minor issues during installation but these were managed seamlessly and we were never left in doubt that they would be rectified. A big thank you to John the designer, Andy the fitter and to Emma for the wonderful meal she cooked for us to demonstrate the appliances. I would have no qualms recommending regal to anyone wanting to redesign their kitchen.

Kitchen supply and fit. I am very happy with the quality of my kitchen and appliances. The fitters were brilliant and any problems we had they put right or worked with me to rearrange until I was happy with the outcome. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. It took me two years to choose my kitchen and I went back to their showroom on numerous occasions and they were always very welcoming and patient. No hard sell they just want to do their best for the customer. They even send out a lovely lady who shows you how to get the most of your new appliances and cooks a meal for you. Perfect!

I was really impressed by the staff team, the wonderful friendly feel, the lovely showroom they have and how they looked after their clients. Very professional and personal service provided by Regal Kitchens from the outset to completion. The design consultation service from John was excellent. The administration and customer service were faultless and the removal of the old kitchen and the fitting of our new kitchen were expertly managed and implemented by Phil, Peter and Andy. Pre- and post- installation visits were very much appreciated. We were kept informed every step of the way which was very re-assuring. The icing on the cake was provided by Emma, who came out to give a tutorial on how to get the best from our ovens and hob, she cooked up a storm in the process. Needless to say we are absolutely delighted with our kitchen and have already recommended Regal Kitchens to friends. We would have no hesitation in using Regal Kitchens again in the future and will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Really happy with the new Kitchen that Regal installed. John did a great job designing the Kitchen, giving lots of advice and idea’s, the pre and after sales service, ongoing communication and quality checking by Phil were also carried out very professionally. The install was originally due to take place during lockdown and was therefore delayed, but despite this issue the work was undertaken as soon as possible and Regal stored our new units and were happy that the final payments was delayed until the work took place. Would have no hesitation in recommending (something I don't do very often).
