A delightful cinema with Tuscan murals. The staff, all volunteers I believe, are friendly and informative. A bar and traditional refreshments are available. A good choice of current films shown. A great evening (or matinee) out.

Oldest surviving Regal Cinema in England. An absolute must to view inside. Entry to view is free. Donation optional. Ornate Italian murials covering the entire walls of the picture house. Quite unique. Can seat up to 200 people.

We went to their Snow White panto and it was excellent. The staff were friendly and served excellent drinks, including a great spiced cider. The production was excellent and the seating was comfy. A lovely local theatre.

This place is wonderful. For a locally run theatre they put on a lot of good shows. They are supported fully by volunteers to make a friendly classic theatre. The Christmas pantomime should not be missed!
