Fanastic from point of order to delivery. Claire at the Wickford branch was excellent - on what was clearly a busy day she took time and ensured we got exactly what we wanted. The delivery guys were brilliant too, very helpful. The furniture we purchased is great quality, looks fantastic, was all in stock and well priced - thank you Regatta

My husband and I visited the Wickford store today, and for personal reasons cannot praise the staff enough! We were welcomed as soon as we walked in, but left alone for a while to look around. Claire helped us with our choice and her customer service skills were second to none. I would highly recommend anybody to visit. Thank you so much again claire.

We ordered furniture after visiting Regatta on 17th May. I fell in love with the sun lounger that was displayed outside and my husband offered to buy it for me as a special treat. We then ordered a matching bistro set ( two chairs coffee table) and an extra footstool. The order came to 1200 which we paid immediately. We were told that only the chairs were in stock but the rest would be delivered in 4 weeks time. Happy with this we left and as promised the two chairs were delivered ten days later. Today, four weeks later I visited the store to arrange delivery of the remaining items. I was accused of lying by the shop manager who said there had never been a sun lounger out the front and that the delivery date was not until the end of July. I was very distressed at not only being let down with my furniture but by the implication that I was lying. I came home and checked with my husband whose recollection is the same as mine. Shame on you Regatta
