Avoid like the plague. They are complete conmen. They will not help you in a claim whatsoever. They would rather the underwriters make a case to cancel you insurance. The switchboard will have you waiting for at least 30 minutes before speaking to a representative. Non existent customer service. This place should be shut down. A well deserved zero stars.

I had eSure home insurance and Home emergency cover. Home emergency was outsourced to AXA and who also outsourced to a plumber. It was NOT dealt on emergency basis at all. ETA was more than 2 days to fix a blocked kitchen sink. The plumber initially came with Plunger and then said another team needs to visit next day !

Typical sleazy insurance company practices -- made it hard for me to cancel my renewal (not possible via web account, instead needed lengthy phone call) and offered a renewal price that they suggested was good but they themselves beat significantly via comparison websites. Fine to deal with otherwise (but I didn't have any claims).
