Would just like to say a HUGE 'Thank You' to Tony who was a big help to me late last week. I arrived quite late in the day with my wife and daughter, and was unfamiliar with the layout, but Tony couldn't have been more helpful even though he was working on his own. We had an assortment of 'bits and pieces', but Tony took the time to explain the layout and told us what to put in which skip - and then came to see how we were getting on, and even helped us get rid of our last few items ! Closing time was approaching, but I can only commend and thank Tony for being so polite, friendly, and helpful - especially when he was on his own and must have had other things to be attending to as well. I hope this gets Tony a mention in 'high places' and at the very least a 'pat on the back' from his boss. Thanks Tony.
