The service has really improved this year and calls keeping me posted on service work are perfectly timed. Collected car recently and Allan Robertson in service greeted me with a lovely solid 992 paperweight and water and sweeties for my drive home! What more can I ask for?

A Great Experience Start to Finish: Greeted by a friendly and welcoming face from the desk. I had booked our car in for a service on this occasion, brought the car in 23rd November, pre arranged a temporary vehicle from Jordan. I received a very professional and friendly experience from Jordan. Was offered the new Cayenne Hybrid to pilot which is lovely to drive. The fact that a car could be arranged is fantastic, even more impressed that the temporary vehicle was of a higher specification that our Macan S. I was impressed with the flexibility Jordan offered with this temporary vehicle, Jordan had booked this car for me for 2 days although the service would probably be completed in one day, just in case additional works were required and also that working unsociable hours may prove difficult to bring the vehicle back in time. Stephen Hanley had arranged to meet with me when dropping off the car for service. He gave advise on new technology that the new vehicles offer, which was good to know. If I could buy the team at Porsche Glasgow a drink, I would. Thanks again.

Excellent service. We wrecked a tyre on a pothole on the way from the Netherlands to N. Ireland. It wasn’t easy to source the tyre we needed and we were in a hurry. Jordan in the Service Center was excellent. Extremely friendly and managed to get the tyre, prioritise the fitting and get us on our way. Thanks Jordan.
