Absolute con artists. They took our chairs, done a really shoddy job on re spraying them. They didn’t last a week before the colour came away. Promised to repair them, almost 12 months later and countless calls they now ignore the calls. I see they are having lots of complaints. They won’t allow complaints to be posted on their FB page, they remove them. Don’t be fooled by the positive reviews... the first one on here was done by his partner who works there! Avoid at all costs !!

Disgraceful Customer Service !!! Their after-sales service is non-existent. I paid for a Touchup Kit back in June & 5 months later I'm still waiting for it. Disgraceful !!! It's a shame because the job they did was great but despite telling me several times they'd sent out the touchup kit, I'm still waiting for it & no-one's answering the phone or returning my messages ! My advice is don't part with any money up front. Unfortunately, I made that mistake & I'm now out of pocket !!! I thought you were honourable guys - so do the right thing & either refund my money or send out the kit like you promised.

Appalling service, left a headliner for a retrim with sagging cloth. I was told this could be rectified no problem so left the part. Weeks has passed and still nothing. After 3 weeks I attended the messy and unkempt workshop to be told it would be ready the next day without fail. This was an absolute lie to my face. 48 hours, still nothing and no one at the shop. I attended again the following working day to see the part stood in the corner now filthy and still not done. The explanation was the foam had come away..... This is the job it was booked in for! Total waste of 4 weeks. Unreliable service, totally unprofessional. Avoid at all costs!

Excellent service picked up sofas brought them back recoloured first class job He also refurbished furniture to same standard. Would recommend this service good communication does what’s asked will definitely use again
