Got in touch as I thought the charging port on my phone was broken. Within an hour of dropping off the phone they called me up to let me know the port just needed a very good clean, which they did a great job of and it works like new again. Also give me a kind discount on a new charging cable. Will definitely be back for any further fixes I need. Appreciate your honesty and fair prices Repair Guys!

The repair guys are absolutely fantastic, I cannot recommend them enough! I was quoted 200 by my phone's manufacturer to replace the charging port. These awesome dudes cleaned the charging port for free! You guys have no idea how thankful I am that I came to you!
wanted to charge me 75 to replace the rear camera lens on my phone - the phone's not even worth that. I went on ebay and got a replacement lens for 1.47 and it took me less than 5 minutes to fit it with just a youtube video showing me how. Hell of a price difference just be careful and look around online before you go and pay a massive premium here.
Brilliant service! Took my sons phone in for free diagnostic check as restarting randomly. The guys were honest and professional and gave advice about getting it sorted with samsung as still within warranty. Would recommend!!!

Appalling. Didn’t fix iPad software fault despite having it for over 2 weeks and saying it was fixed (unlikely given there was no charge on iPad). . And informing me the delay was due to needing to take data off it onto a USB stick - iPads don’t have a USB port!!!!!! Zero communication. No apology and serious lack of customer service. Avoid. Regards your reply - that is inaccurate - there was no data on my iPad that required backing up. And I did not receive any calls from you. When questioned the guy trying to do his best in your Carterton store informed me that despite having my mobile number he had only called the number on the computer which was my neighbours landline (who had dropped my iPad in for me). Your Witney store (Ability Systems) has not called.
