It wasted our time. Said they were open till 4 however when we got there they were closed. I was looking forward to seeing the animals. I was greatly upset.

Very poor service. We were so understanding to these people, some staff were very friendly, but we were messed about and lied too so much and refused our money back, shocking service from owner of the company. Luckily we kept evidence so our bank recovered our money back!! shame as a lovely shop.
Hasn't been open every time I've been by over the past couple of months. Would be nice to know if they had shut completely. Disappointing.
Very helpful and friendly ! The reptiles all look happy and there are a range of products you can't get anywhere else in Horsham .
Good shop, sometimes running low on supplies
I think it has shut down now for relocation and change of staff (hopefully) but when I did visit, it was very basic and the staff were not very professional at all.
