This is the second year in a row we have been with our T reg Grand Jeep Cherokee for MOT & Service and from start to finish the staff and service were brilliant. The mechanics were professional, informative and quick working. Tamara in service is a credit to the company and always ensured we knew what was happening and we were kept up to date regularly. They are taking then current situation seriously and ensuring that safety of its customers and staff is priority and we felt comfortable whilst waiting for our car to be finished. We cannot recommend the garage enough after going to a few rookie ones in the past. We will definitely be back and did not regret our return visit this time. I can not imagine it’s often that you leave a garage feeling happy and wanting to let the staff Know they’ve done a good job!! Well done research fiat especially Tamara.

Great customer service, especially as we do not live local to them. The team are very helpful and always there to answer any questions. The guys (Justin and Brett) that helped us to buy our new car were always available, to answer any questions and prepared to help in any way they could. We had the car delivered to us, at a time that was convenient to us. It was a very quick turn around from ordering the car to it being delivered! The guy (Ben) that dropped it off was very friendly and helpful. The car arrived in immaculate condition, very pleased with it!
