I've known about restful pets for over a year now and although It wasn't easy losing my baby, I took great comfort in knowing that Rob would take care of her. She was collected and back with us in the same day and handled with complete respect. It's refreshing to see someone dedicated to giving our pets the send off that they deserve. Couldn't recommend him enough.

June 19th 2020,a very sad day. My little dog,my best mate,Henry was put to sleep to end his suffering. Thank you Rachel for making booking the appointment less stressful. Your phone manner oil on troubled waters. Thank you Rob for your patience and understanding,for the respect you showed to Henry,for the dignity of his final journey. I am so pleased I found Restful Pets,a sad time eased by people who really do understand.
Rob was incredible. We had to have our chocolate lab Margot put to sleep. Rob waited with us at the vet and took her straight home with him to restful pets. We knew she would be looked after for her final journey and treated with dignity. Rob treated us with care and compassion. Thank you for looking after our gorgeous girl.
I can’t recommend this place highly enough. Rob is a lovely man and provides a personal service that makes the final farewell a bit easier to bare. It was a horrific day saying goodbye to Bailey but I’m happy that me and my boys were able to be there with him in his final moments
At a very difficult and sad time Rob was so very professional and caring - good old fashion service with kind words - worth every bit of the one hour journey each way to ensure Monty was looked after at the end of his fantastic life.
Many thanks to Rob and Restful Pets. . We had to say goodbye to our much loved golden retriever Millie this week. From the first call to Rob, we were made to feel very much at ease and reassured. He was on hand to answer all our questions and was so very responsive, which was greatly appreciated a such a tough time. It was so comforting to know that this place only offer private cremations and not the horrible mass cremations that we’ve heard about elsewhere. On the day of cremation, we took Millie straight to Restful Pets from the vets. Rob and I carried Millie into a beautiful peaceful room. Rob and I spoke at length and he was happy to offer support & knowledge, in a really friendly way. The following day Rob called us and Millie’s ashes were ready for collection. We had selected a beautiful frame, which contained her ashes, plus two scatter pouches, which will allow us to take Millie to her two favourite places when we are ready to do so. Finally we ordered a candle which is beautiful too. Also thanks for the handwritten card Rob provided, very nice touch. I can’t recommend Rob and Restful Pets enough. Many thanks to Rob for his kindness in what was a very upsetting time for myself and my wife. We can't recommend this place enough as it's plain to see that Rob truly cares.
Restful Pets were able to help us when our beautiful gerbil Pepsi passed away. We were seen the same morning, even though it was a weekend, and were able to take her home with us the same afternoon. Rob's care and compassion made this difficult time just that little bit easier and we'll be forever grateful.
