I am so glad I explored other options so that I could see how wonderful and different CRGW is from another clinic in town. Following a pretty negative experience in a different clinic in central Cardiff, I was beyond thrilled with the service I was provided today in our initial consultation. The level of genuine care and warmth and education we were given compared with 3 grim meetings in the other clinic has turned this journey into a cold one which instilled no faith into a positive one with a clinic who do right by their patients rather than try to swindle people out of their money. Cant wait to see more of CRGW. The doctor named Shaun is a dream to work with. xx

I have previously used a different clinic for earlier IVF treatments and due to being unhappy i was recommended CRGW. I'm currently in the middle of treatment so am not basing anything on outcomes but purely on how we have been treated. Every single member of staff we have come into contact with has been so friendly and welcoming. The clinic is well presented and very clean. The medical staff are so knowledgeable and reassuring. I can honestly say i have not felt like just a number and i feel the staff genuinely care about the outcome. I have also had to take my baby daughter along to all my appointments and again all staff have been so accommodating.

During our long fertility journey We have had to use a number of other fertility clinics , none of which have come anywhere near to deliver the level of care, compassion and attention to detail that we have received at CRGW. Every member of staff has always gone that extra mile to ensure we felt cared for and well informed at all Times. We will always be forever grateful for everything they have done for us and words will never be enough to express ours thanks. CRGW is simply outstanding.

I had a great experience. The staff are friendly and they try and keep down costs as much as possible, including new techniques like embryo glue at no extra cost. My ivf baby isnow3 yrs old just wanted to add my experience. Would recommend
