During lockdown Siantel and the team were fantastic helping me design an eternity ring for my wife. They continually exceeded my expectations through great communication and professionalism. During these difficult times they wanted to help me make the purchase and experience as special as possible and all my requests were met with positivity. I would strongly recommend the Diamond Centre Wales and Siantel especially to anyone going forward and I'm already thinking what I can purchase next.

Absolutely OUTSTANDING! I cannot recommend the Diamond Centre For Wales highly enough. I wish I’d found this gem of a place years ago. I’d had my engagement ring designed and made by a reputable jeweller 10 years ago and wanted to find a radiant cut eternity ring to compliment it for my 5th wedding anniversary. I searched hi and low to no avail, then found the most exquisite place on Earth. Everything about the centre is first class, it’s unbelievable... the staff and both professional, highly knowledgable, but more importantly friendly and really do treat you as the most valued customer. They just couldn’t do enough for us in every possible way. From the design to sourcing the perfect diamond clarity and size for my ring. So much so they even found a further 7 perfect diamonds to ensure the colour matched my engagement ring perfectly. Siantel was faultless and so so helpful. Having purchased my ring I wouldn’t even contemplate using a regular high street jeweller again, you will be blown away by the design service, stock items, quality and service. I was a little apprehensive regarding price, but I needn’t have worried, they were compatible and I would say I had a better quality ring than I would have been able to source anywhere else in the uk. They even welcomed my new puppy Bailey. Even the sweetest touches of the bottle of bubbly, the bag and the gift box all screamed quality. I simply cannot thank you all enough, I’m utterly THRILLED with my eternity ring! I’ve already told my daughters they need to ensure they get their engagement rings from here as it’s simply the best. 5* without a shadow of a doubt xxx
What an amazing and unique place being able Custom designed an engagement ring and wedding ring. Extremely helpful staff and kara made the experience unforgettable. When my batter half makes me get her another ring I will be coming back here.
