Ordered item on line from Rhyl branch received confirmation that item was ready to collect in Chester. Useless. Worst company I have ever dealt with. If you are contemplating going here don't try Argos or AO. Their customer service is useless and trying to get refund a nightmare takes a fortnight. Stay away and save your sanity far better retailers out there. Sooner go bust and shut down the better.

Awful customer service. Returned a damaged washing machine (new) had to wait for replacement to be delivered. Was promised it would be plumbed in for my wife as I work away. Delivery guys unable to install as were not given an install sheet. Refused to even move it away from sink and drawers leaving my wife, who works for the NHS and needing to wash uniforms daily unable to do any washing, or even get cutlery out of the! Had to return home from work early, without pay in order to plumb the washing machine in myself!
