Have been patient at Madryn since I was a child. Fabulous family doctors. Particularly today Lisa answered an email same day & sorted prescription out. Just AMAZING. Absolutely lovely lady. Even if she couldn't have done the prescription today she was still amazing. So helpful & lovely on the phone which means so much. Many Years ago with previous desk staff this was never the case. The doctors and nurses have always been lovely here can never fault them. Thank you Lisa & Madryn House for everything you do for everyone & what you've done for everyone during Covid19. Stay safe. X

Madryn House Surgery are superb! Dr Roberts and Dr Bellamy are fantastic along with all nurses and staff. The care provided is second to none! Amazing GP practice!
I’m a fairly new patient to Madryn and so far I’ve found it very friendly and efficient. I’ve booked appointments no problem and found everyone very down to earth. The new shelter out the front of the surgery is also a lovely new addition for patients waiting outside in rainy weather. Overall a very good surgery and a very good first impression :) I would definitely recommend Madryn house.
I’ve been a patient for 2 years and am very pleased with the service I have received from the reception staff to the nurses and doctors. Everyone I have dealt with has been courteous and understanding and all my needs have been met. I was particularly impressed with the organisation of the flu jab clinic and the current guidelines being adhered to. Thank you.
