Fantastic Staff!! We arrived at the best time on Saturday 22.08.20 and managed to get right onto a boat. My Son got stung by a wasp on his face when getting ready, and the staff were very attentive and got the first aider right away. Didn’t have cream which is not allowed anyway to be administered but explained could give an eye patch if needed....fantastic assistance. Highly recommended and such a lovely part of the world we are lucky to live in Norfolk! Well done to the company and staff!

We booked the 8 seat electric day boat, by phone. Can’t book online. The boat was in great condition. Very clean too. It even had usb charge points. Easy to operate and navigate on the water. Staff were friendly and helpful, giving us tips on places to stop. Toilet and free parking on site. 95 for four hours on the Broads represents great value. We’ll be back!
Such a good day out on the boat. Easy to hire and friendly... definitely recommend a half day on the day cruiser boat with toilet and kitchenette. Go on a day with good weather and open the top and soak up the sunshine!
Great fun! We were looking for a spontaneous hire for a day trip on the Broads and Richardson's were one of 3 Google suggestions. The staff were helpful and we took a 5-hour rental in an electric boat (environmentally friendly and all!). It's a really easy thing to do, even with no prior experience! If it's your first time, there are a few places to moor up for lunch or coffee (busier in Summer so moorings might be limited) - 4 hours will get you 1,5h each way and an hour for lunch.
We had a lovely, relaxing 3 hour boat ride. My son took the helm! (Lol). Our dog came along and he loved it. He took to watching the swans and ducks through the windows. We hired a basic boat for 45 plus 3 for our dog, so 48 for the early bird offer 8.30am till 11.30am.
Great company to do business with. Reasonably priced. Great day out for all the family. Many boats to hire. Brilliant staff!! Professional, friendly and helpful. However during the day out with the family the boat hired was extremely slow and took an age to get round. Sadly this made the boat trip quite tiresome and not so enjoyable so once back i decided to complain. And to my surprise the staff were very understanding, professional, and very apologetic about the situation and immediately offered a part refund. They also explained to us that sometimes they do peg the throttle back if boats are hired out to youngsters to stop them speeding on the water ways to prevent accidents from happening which seems plausible. Well done!! 5 stars
