Visited this afternoon. Excellent Covid precautions. Good clear advice and TV arriving in a couple of days. What's not to like.

I first stepped foot into RS Reigate branch around 12 years ago now making a small purchase of 15ish for a Cambridge Audio iD-10 way before Hi-Fi/AV become a hobby of mine and before moving to bigger stuff. Their service is second to none and I've never been either bombarded or pushed to buy anything, they are very knowledgeable and are always happy to help. From an "all in one" kit to Hi-Fi/AV separates (which were initially alien to me), over the years I've gained a much better understanding and knowledge of not only how to listen to and appreciate music, but also the job of different bits of kit. Seeing the same faces is always nice and very telling of the company ethics and I feel like I've developed a rapport with the staff team over the years. They've always either been on the phone or in the store to answer my queries, some of which were much easier to get a personal opinion rather than an internet forum of debate. If you're new to the world of Hi-Fi/AV or are looking to upgrade, I highly recommend Richer Sounds, not just for the sales, but also the after sales and hopefully not, but if needed, the returns process too. They've never failed me, I'm sure they won't you.
I bought my TV from the Reigate store a year ago and have just had a problem with the sky connection. I called the store and was amazed that the manager Simon said he would be with me in 20 minutes! He was, fixed the TV and left 30 minutes later. I did not think that kind of thing happened these days! Many thanks, Michael Davies.

I like richer sounds, nice team, know there stuff. Good prices which often beat the internet. But here you get a 6 year guarantee thrown in. Not great for parking, try the priory across the road for pay and display, or how for the rare on street. They carry you product to the car.

I bought a TV from here nearly 4 years ago. I can phone them up now with a problem concerning lost channels and other queries and they're still happy to talk me through it until it's fixed. Really great customer service from each and everyone. Will always use them. Faultless
