AVOID! Do NOT have any procedures with Dr Johnsson or through EF Medispa. It is scary that Dr Johnsson is allowed to operate in the UK. I had vaser liposuction and fat graft to the buttocks and he has left me permanently botched and disfigured. I have found a plastic surgeon that can help me, but will never be able to totally correct the mess that he has made of my body. Dr Johnsson performed surgery that we hadn’t even discussed! The procedure was over priced and EF medispa pressure you into making a decision and are quick to take your money, but as soon as I raised my concerns they treated me so badly and stopped contact with me. I see from the reviews someone else has suffered the same terrible experience. Surgeons I have seen to try and help me have been shocked at his work and the way I have been treated by EF Medispa. EF Medispa should be ashamed that they are still working with him after several botched surgeries. If you are considering any procedure find your surgeon through BAAPS. They are the only true Plastic Surgeons and you will be safe.

I heard about EFM from a friend. I live very far from the clinic but based on the recommendation I made an appointment. I saw a very talented female Doctor & skin specialist who take a lot of care with the rejuvenation treatment, walked through each step, showed me immediate results. Basically I look better than I've looked in years. I met with the amazing and stunning Tess - she was so attentive, made sure I was clear on the treatment, she popped in to check several times, explained things and then told me about new treatments I have never heard of that I am keen to explore. I now see that the specialists I have seen before have not been that good. I would highly recommend EF and Tess who is the Manager.
Friendly staff who make you feel comfortable straight away. Expertise on different skin conditions is second to none. Couldnt recommend highly enough.
Very bad experience and I will never recommend this company to anyone. If you want to get better result and treatment please don’t wast your time and money in this place. 1. Done my consultation, asked the consultant what treatment is good for my skin. She recommended micro needling and got the promise if I do a course of micro bleed treatments I will get the result ofter one or two and convince me for doing the treatments. 2. What ever creams they recommended I bought from them to get the result 3. No result, Before my last treatment I discussed this matter with the therapist, she is a very lovely lady.... not her fault she said she will discuss this matter with the manager and the manager will contact you. No response from the manager at all. 4. They do not have any consent towards costumers after receiving their money 5. Misguide customers and sale treatments 6. The therapist said you won’t get the result what the consultant promised to you but it will make your skin a bit smoother and I have to do the last treatment and see. This is really a kind of joke to spent a lot of money to make your skin a bit smoother. 7. First they will promise you, once they got your money then they will say this treatment only makes your skin smoother . 8. The staff is so unprofessional, I haven’t received any after treatment care consent 9. My face was burning so badly. I send emails to find out if it is normal, but I haven’t got any reply from them until I called them. When I called and asked about the emails the lady on the phone said I thought my colleague has already replied. They are so irresponsible towards the customers. 10. The receptionist Mukky is very moody. You won’t get any response from her in a nice way. I wouldn’t recommend this clinic...To avoid.. unpleasant experience
Very welcoming. On my arrival I was met by Tess who is lovely and we had an in-depth discussion about what I could do. I am just over 50 and am beginning to look tired, hollows under my eyes and increased grooves from my nostrils to down by the side of my mouth. Also a slight loss of definition around the jaw-line with a little bit of sagginess. Everyone tells me I don't look my age but I wanted to just improve a little while doing something that would last and be good for my skin. I had a little bit of filler on my face the next day - under eyes and grooves by the side of my mouth. The result was instantaneous and really heartening. The Dr was very careful and very concerned to do just enough without it looking false or noticeable and I would say she got it just right. I feel visibly younger. I am going to start a course of peels to brighten my skin and a course of radio frequency to tighten my face up around the jaw-line and mouth. In my opinion the price compared to some other places was very reasonable and I can't wait to start. Could not recommend more with regard to the filler and the care / experience on offer. I will post back once the peels and the radio frequency have turned me into a 16 year old again :)
