I have used this pharmacy several times now for a mail in prescription. When I call the service I receive is personalised and helpful. Pharmacist is always pleasant and patient calling me back if necessary. My prescription is always dispatched promptly and received in the mail extremely quickly. I would highly recommend! First class service that is hard to find nowadays.

I had the displeasure of visiting this pharmacy today. Terrible service by a twenty something male and I had to shout my question as he was at the back of the shop and could not hear me . I then asked if he had any hand sanitisers. He said no but suggested masks . He brought some out and when I asked how much they were he almost whispered 10... I said no and then another colleague popped out and said ‘but we have these too at 2 each...’ I asked why this wasn’t mentioned before and was not given an answer . I said i would be mentioning this terrible customer service on social media and heard the first male laughing as I walked out of the shop! Dreadful behaviour do NOT go to this pharmacy unless you want to be conned and mocked !
Immensely helpful, kind, courteous and respectful. Highly respected by private GPs and consultants, this pharmacy offer unique patient services and are treasured by patients nationwide. I would not hesitate to recommended them.
Pharmacist very indifferent when I asked him to help me get my parcel he said the lady who deals with parcels was out. Fair enough. I waited a few minutes and when she didn't come I asked again if he could help. To which he replied 'well it's your choice whether you want to wait or go'. Honestly his tone was so hurtful and rude. And then he waited another minute before he ringing his employee and she came immediately!
