I took a bike wheel, new inner tube & tyre to Mark after a puncture. He placed the tube within the tyre & on the wheel, but it punctured again within an hour as he had not checked the tyre. His response when I called: \You didn't ask me\. Surely this is standard in bike repair? He was willing to do it again-but for another charge. He later called while I was out, but just said 'oh' -did not leave the offer mentioned below, although it is fair to say he had earlier discussed replacing the tyre in the not-too-distant future..
