I would unequivocally recommend this excellent care agency. When my mother's illness dictated the need for assistance in bathing they rapidly attended and instructed carers. All the staff we encountered over the ensuing months were lovely and treated mum with v great dignity and added to her daily comfort. When mum passed the agency have maintained contact. I cannot recommend ‘Right at Home Bromley’ more! They came into our lives at a very stressful time which occurred very fast! From the moment I stopped my car and entered the Premises I was greeted with a friendly face, a comforting and efficient manner and truly professional action! They stepped up in a matter of hours with a Director of the company visiting our home, sourcing charming and flexible staff who were individually selected to suit our needs and the right personalities for the member of our family to ensure they had the nicest experience. They went above and beyond helping with even moving furniture as we had no time to engage additional help. They have continued to give us 5 STAR SERVICE adapting our requirements at every turn with no hesitation. We are confident knowing our family are in good hands at all times with such a professional ‘Team’ at hand.

Raja and the team are absolutely wonderful! My parents have never been happier and they are hard to please at the best of times, let alone with something as personal as care. Mum dotes on her Carers, they are a small team who fit my parents to a T. They have become close friends and I'm over the moon with what a difference they have made to their lives. Knowing the team are there gives my sister and I confidence that mum and dad are well looked after and that peace of mind is worth it's weight in gold when we aren't able to visit. We cannot thank you enough!

My Mum received excellent care after discharge from hospital. She had lost a lot of confidence. Raja and the team were totally focused on supporting Mum to get back to being able to live at home independently. I feel reassured that if Mum needs any extra help again, right at home is available. This is especially important to me as I live far away in Australia. Raja is extremely responsive and flexible to changing situations. He also offered us great advice as home support was new territory for us. I cannot thank everyone enough for this reliable, friendly help at a time of difficulty.
