Having researched Solar PV options for some months I decided to get a system from Empower. The help and advice received pre-sale was excellent and way above the other companies I'd enquired with. The design had a level of detail not available elsewhere and the products selected seemed the best for my needs. As this was my first system I did have many questions, and each one was responded to in an informed and helpful manner. Once the design was finalised and the order placed, everything went very smoothly and efficiently, with no stress or drama, and very quickly too. The scaffolding team arrived when they said and did a fantastic job. The PV team arrived the next day and installed the entire system and Powerwall battery in one day as planned. The team worked very hard all day and the standard of work is absolutely amazing, it's extremely neat and well executed. The install is now complete, scaffolding down and no mess at all left behind. I wish everything in life went this well, this company has done an excellent job from start to finish and at a very reasonable price. I have every confidence the job has been done properly and in the unlikely event something does need attention they will be there and help. Thank you for everything.

The salesman was knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions. The price was very competitive, the panels were installed on the promised day and on a tight schedule, with very little disruption.
