Found the staff very friendly and professional. The two cats we adopted were very calm when got them and the staff were very informative regarding their history and ongoing care.

We recently adopted 2 ferrets while the centre was on lock down due to the virus. Was all done in a professional and friendly manner. From answering the emails, to giving us advice as we haven't had ferrets before. Have previously adopted 2 x Akita dogs through the RSPCA, one through this centre and the other from the Aylesbury RSPCA a few years ago. Was happy with the service then! and how they are with the animals and the humans!!! and again they went out there way to accommodate us getting the ferrets. The "girls" are doing so well! they 'were' called Dorley and Marley, but have changed their names to Rosie and Peaches! they are adorable! no biting now, within 1 week I didnt have to wear gloves! they just lick and groom us now! and are well trained already! feels like we have had them forever! Thanks so much guys for all your help! and Rosie and Peaches thank you to for looking after them before they came to us xx

A little difficult to fill out an online form. Would be better if they could send a hard copy out and people could fill these out. As not all people that want or have dogs are computer savy
