Fueled up and visited shop. Paid for fuel and requested my receipt. As leaving the forecourt staff ran out of shop towards me, as I pulled over 1 member of staff shouting at me in a rage, accusing me of not paying for fuel. Even when explaining that I had a receipt was still shouted at. More concerning no masks were worn to protect me against their germs. No decency of an apology by her mistake. Was a regular customer but never again.

Convenient location for my commute, with a Costa machine alongside happy members of staff! They support the Shell Go Loyalty card which means discounts when buying items that are part of the Deli and Costa drinks - as well as random free rewards along the way! Whilst you work towards your fuel reward of 10 visits where you spend 10 or more. The only thing I would criticise would be that there’s usually only 1 staff member on the till, until a very long queue is built up. They could possibly anticipate busy periods and prepare to jump on the till to avoid long queues. In addition, when leaving to the left of the building it is very hard to see what is coming down from the road on the left (when you want to turn right). I don’t know if anyone else has this issue or if it’s just me.

Used to be my favorite stop, cheap fuel and nice place. But prices have recently and seemingly out of nowhere shot up making this no more than your average petrol station.
