Have been in here a good few times to collect parcels and the staff have always friendly and accommodating. I do not think it fair to leave a 1 star rating as I see someone else has. The opening times are indeed incorrect on google but the actual ones are posted on the shops front door. I doubt they can do much about the information onsite but purely from visiting once you should be able to grasp the correct times.

Incredibly unreliable. To advertise you are open until 5pm daily is far from the truth, for the past 3 days I have tried dropping off a UPS parcel (before 5pm) as this is the only access point in ripon and all 3 occasions the shop has been closed, even as early as 13.30pm. Due to my business heavily relying on UPS, this has cost me in excess of 250 in lost sales in 3 days. Please either open in accordance to your advertised hours or please have the UPS access point relocated. I suggest at the BP petrol station as the site is open 24/7.
Local newsagent still offers a delivery service. Friendly staff
