Found a full face mask we needed for a family member online but first it didn't seem to have all the parts we needed. Contacted the company and Andy in particular was very prompt and clear with all the details. We decided to get the product as they seemed very professional and very helpful. We needed the product to arrive very quickly to take it abroad with us and even though we managed to place the order after the parcel collection deadline, Andy assured us he would take it to the depot himself and we wold get it the next day. I have just received the parcel in excellent condition and in brand new original package. What a fantastic customer service and amazing communication skills so very big thank you Epice Health and big thumbs up. Extremely happy with everything and would not hesitate to buy products from this company in the future. Highly recommend it to anyone. Keep up the good work guys.
