The complex is right next to the rugby pitch with the clubhouse at the opposite end of the pitch. The fitness suit though a little compact has a weight lifting area and various fitness machinery for the enthusiast and professional and all kept in A1 condition. A 4G sports hall for 5 aside football or any other sporting function is available next to changing rooms are available for reasonable hire rates. Knowledgeable and very helpful staff.

Good sized equipped gym with 3g pitch available for hire
good but its a bit small since they cut it in half and shoved all of the equipment in to one area.
