Just had an amazing meal from Rishi! The food is delicious, authentic and home cooked. They have lots of veggie options, which is particularly good for us. Would highly recommend.

Loved the food we had from them yesterday. Haven't had such lovely flavours of Indian food for a long time and the Malabar Paratha along with Chicken 65 was the best. Thanks so much guys. We are your new regulars now.
Well the third time we ordered a takeaway last Saturday. The first time a year ago was great, the second time the wait was very long the third time over the weekend was awful. Placed the order online which was easy, after payment it confirmed the order and had a countdown for delivery of 40 minutes. Almost an hour later I had to call and chase the order up, was told driver will collect the order in 5 or 10 minutes, still had to call again to find out if coming, finally almost an hour and 20 minutes later it arrived. However, the wrong dosa, rice and a missing lassi was no the problem. So I called again to say I'm missing once lassi, they offered to send another but I refused and asked for the refund of the missing lassi as its too late to enjoy with the wrong food. He agreed to refund. 40 minutes later our doorbell went with someone holding the lassi. I didn't answer as that's way too late and they agreed the refund of it, to which I'm still waiting. Won't get I bet, but they won't get my custom ever again. AVOID. The food is tasty but the worst delivery experience and also when you order a dosa with onion and cheese it's for a reason to avoid another ingredients such as the option of dosa with cheese, onion and spinach, they delivered the latter and my friend dislikes spinach.
DO NOT EVER ORDER TAKEAWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE: I hate leaving bad reviews and we are so annoyed as we supported you as you were a local business. You have really let yourselves down. Just to let everyone know what you had done: 21:10 delivery time 21:30 told delivery should be with us in 10/15 minutes 22:00 cancelled the order (originally ordered the food at 20:00) We spoke to you on the phone stating this and you agreed. 22:15 a delivery driver turned up with the food (straight from your takeaway restaurant) which we then rejected as too long a time had passed. We told him we cancelled. The delivery had been sent out and our order marked as completed after we cancelled the order so that you could charge us. That is a dirty trick and you not care we were out of pocket because of your behaviour. You will accept money from Deliveroo from the order (as they state the delivery was completed) - you know this is wrong and unjust. We have complained about you to Deliveroo and you should not be on their books as you will dupe other residents into thinking you are ok. This is really dishonest. We will never order from you again and we will let all other residents in Thames Ditton know what you did. Forget this place there are so many decent honest places out there.
