Always a pleasure to shop in here. The owner is so lovely, and knowledgeable, and very passionate about the products they stock. They've now started stocking some food items - so that's a bonus. This shop stayed open throughout the lockdown and worked hard to ensure people could get their essential health products. It feels good to support a small business, a local, independent shop. A hidden treasure in Waterloo.
Love shopping here! The products are eco friendly and natural, the costumer assistants prepared and friendly. I will definitely come back here.
I use the shop regularly, and have shopped without a mask before, but now as of today I'm not allowed in the shop without a mask. For a shop selling alternate remedies and health supplies I don't expect such a poor example. The owner couldn't provide a viable reason for why she is now implementing the mask policy. This is not acceptable, if she doesn't understand a virus and how it works should she really be in her line of business. No, not in my opinion. Should be minus 5 stars, but google doesn't give that option.
Great local shop with lovely staff and a good assortment of products
I really want to support small independent businesses especially at this difficutl time, but this shop makes it difficult. I was there today to buy essential oil. When I got to the till the oil was a quid more expensive than the displayed price. The staff member explained that the prices had changed recently and they hadn't had time to change the price tags on the display stand. Interstingly though they had taken the time to change the bar code information to charge me the higher price. I would let it pass but this has happened to me before in there. I understand there is pressure on us all at the moment but this kind of thing makes it difficutl to be loyal.
