From start to finish, the whole experience with RMB Toyota, Northallerton was exceptional - even during this horrific pandemic! We have now come away feeling very confident in our new car and, unlike previous experiences through other dealers, we feel very confident in Toyota. Everything was well explained and every piece of paperwork sent was clearly labelled so we understood what we were reading and signing. I must, at this point, mention Graham Whitaker. Graham was cordial, patient, kind and thoughtful all the way through. Never pushy or rude, always professional and thorough throughout. I always felt Graham was being honest and he did everything that he said he would do, when he said he would do it, excellent customer services! I would not hesitate to recommend RMB Toyota for your next car purchase, whatever the size or cost.
