Very negative experience here, 1st booked in sorry a service last week online when I arrived to drop it off they said it wasn't on there system so could not do it which I was not very happy about but blamed on technology I accept that thing don't always go as planned so booked in for today manually with a courtesy van to keep me moving, everything seemed fine gave them my keys the gave me the keys to the van I was borrowing when I get to the van it has 3 very large cracks in the windscreen not easy to see past so not legal I went back in told them they said it's all they had did I want to rebook err I think not 2 weeks running and can't even get my van in properly I'm ment to believe there going to do a good job on my van no trust and nothing more than a sorry about that

This was going to be a very negative review if it wasn't for the professionalism of the Manager Scott Marshall, whos a real credit to the company. To cut a long story short, we took one of our vans here to get a minor issue sorted but the mechanic who worked on it must have been having an off day is all I can say, as he ended up fixing one problem but causing another! But thanks to Scott and his pure expertise of these vans he managed to figure out what went wrong and got our van sorted and delivered back to us in no time! Very impressive.

Had waterpipe leaking over 2weeks ago bodged up to get here to get fixed didn’t have a pipe till Tuesday they said get one in so kept it running said fixing it after 2 weeks ,then to find out they don’t bother turning up to fix it then .what kind of maintenance is this disgusting service
