I was delivering a truck to them for servicing. I had been told that I would get the use of a courtesy vehicle. The fact that I wasn't going to get one is not my complaint with them but it is the receptionist who quite clearly couldn't care less about my predicament of standing there with all my gear having worked away from home for a week. Cold and indifferent. Not an ounce of humanity about her manner all I needed from her was the phone number to get in touch with the Liverpool branch of my company.

DO NOT use this dump of a garage to look at your van, took my van here after putting petrol in the tank, they told me 3000 to fix as all fuel pumps have gone plus other things, baring in mind I have owned the van maybe two months and bought for 5000 it is a 16 plate with 60k miles, I didn’t trust the women on the phone (sue) she was very abrupt an expected money to be paid no questions, I took the van out of the garage and took to another one and the total come to 60 !!!! All they said they had to do was drain the tank and refill with diesel also told me a bit of petrol every now an again for a diesel van clears the pipes, I understand if you take your van/car to the dealership it is always a bit more but comparing 3000 plus pick up fee what was 400!! But you can not justify 3000 to 60, complete robbery AVOID!!

Rude and liars This post was put on after i had money taken from myself, i returned to where it had been taken as it was my christmas savings I wish to apologise i have wrote on the wrong review it was another garage in the same area and in a moment of anger i have pin pointed this place as it said location where money was taken, i am so sorry for any bad i have caused this company, i apologise for my wrong action by putting a post that is not a true fact

AVOID AVOID AVOID Broke down they come out to me say need to go in garage. Been there for 2 days get a call van is fix problem solved 265 they replaced a sensor which cost 48.Drive out 3 miles come straight back van got exactly same problem so pay 265 for nothing. Before I drive out they say van is been tested all good.Get a call after other 2 days my van needs dpf replacement 1600 plus vat.I say no give me my van back is nothing wrong with dpf my van is losing air somewhere and don't open second turbo is a valve no dpf.So take van home and do it myself on the drive home was a valve broken which cost 42.Just avoid this place if I was listening to them I will end up replacing the dpf and after turbo. No experience mechanic,technician just RUBBISH changing parts which they don't need to.i never receive my money back for the parts which they change it for no reason.The only reason I take it to them is because I have a service plan but from now on even for service I will never ever again drop my van to them. My van he only been at Mercedes garage till now.But never again at this place. AVOID AVOID AVOID
