I had a very good experience. The staff was not immediately proactive, but once I made the approach, the guy who helped was friendly and knowledgeable. They did not carry exactly what I needed, but he could tell I was in a hurry, and with no-nonsense told me just what to get to fill the gap in their offerings. Then, to avoid a slow customer in line, he quickly opened a cash register and rang me up. In and out in 5 minutes and he even had the chance to upsell me on some AAA batteries I needed! Well done.

Terrible service... Went to the 3 for 2 section. Picked up my three desired items. Went to the till and paid for it... fine. Looked at my receipt on my way out, turns out the promotion wasn't applied. So obviously went back to the guy that served me. Didn't apologise... Called manager over... same again... ALL IT TAKE IS A SORRY... simple as ABC! Wasted ten minutes with this riff raff. This is my first complaint on Google ever, that's saying something...
