Robert was hugely helpful via email, offering lots of advice. Then when we decided to get our asbestos tested, he came out within a week - tested both our garage ceiling and our artex ceilings. He sent us the garage result the same day and the artex report came in the following day. Whilst on site he also spent time to go through things with us. All for a very reasonable price, which saved us hundreds of pounds. I would definitely recommend him.
