Robert has just finished our boat, and has made a very good job of it indeed. It was very tired-looking, and Robert has transformed it. The preparation has obviously been done thoroughly, and the paint applied meticulously. The artwork and lettering is to a very high professional standard, and all at an amazing price. Robert is a serious and dedicated worker who turned our boat round in under two weeks. He is also a rarity in modern times, an ethical man who sticks to what he has promised and asked only for the quoted price. Due to a misunderstanding there was an overpayment, which was immediately returned. I have no hesitation in recommending this honest and highly skilled worker to anyone.
Really pleased with Robert's work - full repaint. Great attention to detail and an amazing artist. Brian is no faster but certainly smarter !! Highly recommend.
Robert occupies a valuable niche in the boat painting market IMHO, offering a professional job that can transform a boat without going to the time-consuming and expensive extremes of a full 'back to bare metal' repaint (which is surely neither necessary nor affordable for many boat owners). The icing on the cake is the skill and flair he brings to the areas of artwork and signwriting. Not only did he successfully interpret our own ideas, he added more of his own (after the price had been agreed!) and pulled out all the stops to make sure we ended up with something truly eye-catching. All this at a price that would have been more than reasonable for a simple one- or two-colour repaint of the cabin and roof.
Robert has recently finished our 45 ft narrowboat. He did a great job, exactly what we wanted and the cost was nothing like the exorbitant quotes we received from local boat painters. He is creative, very hardworking and a thoroughly nice man.
Robert did an outstanding job on painting our boat. He did it while we were on holiday for 10 days, and came to us, so there was absolutely no hassle involved for us in the slightest.. Then we came home to a beautifully painted boat! Perfect! The price we paid was also incredible. It would have cost us way way more if we had of gone elsewhere. We love our new paint job and would definitely recommend Robert. He works extremely hard and gets the job done at a fraction of the cost of others
