Long story but tried to summarise it. Booked for a diagnostic due to ECU problem (went to two local garages before this and advice to go to a dealer to sort it out) Left the car to them at 10am after explaining the problem but they told me that they will know more about the problems after their own diagnostic( called at 2pm to check but I was told it was still with the mechanic) and came back at 4pm (saw my car just being started to move inside their shop)but told to wait because my car is still with the mechanic. I told them I just saw the car just being moved but they change their story and they told me that they are busy and had a lot of things to do. 4:30pm they are done with diagnostic and just told me it’s just about the switch to be replaced. Agreed to booked again the following week for repair. Left the car Thursday at 10am and was told it was just a couple of hours job. I called 2pm again to check the car but as usual they are still busy with it( had a bad feeling about it) called me 4:30pm and was told that they could not fix the problem and still sorting it out. Ask for a courtesy car but told there is none available. Got my courtesy car Saturday after a long and discouraging dialogue. Told me Monday that it’s an ECU problem after all. Gave 1 star for fixing my car and delivering it to my house because I still have the courtesy car (told them I am also busy working) even though they are late (seems it’s a normal for them to say things but don’t follow it). Still have a lot of issues but to long to write it here.

We experienced top notch service from Richard Gunton. If you are going to go to this branch, please ask for him as he will make your car purchase experience like nowhere else. He really cares and gets things done for you. We were really impressed. We have never experienced such service in any car salon. We proceeded to buy a Lexus not a Peugeot in the end but it is not down to the service received. We bought the car we really wanted but Richard was one of the kind, really.
