Purchased a used watch from Adam at Robinson Jewellers.. Due to lockdown I was unable to visit the shop in person so the transaction was completed online/via phone. The watch was in fantastic condition, completely as described as was sent to me via next day delivery. Adam was very knowledgeable and knew the history of the watch. I would thoroughly recommend Robinsons and I will definitely use again.

They sized a 18k white gold engagement ring for me and I was very impressed with how professional and helpful the staff where. I got my ring back after a few days and wow they did a fantastic job and gave it a full service and clean. A will be visiting here again.
