thanks for east & west law and i would like to confirm that i am a partner and mother of british citizen and my children arrived with their father on 2001 and since 2001 my partner had applied my entry clearance through high qualified solicitors but unfortunately Home Office refused my application due to solicitors case work and presentations in the tribunals. i have read all presentations of qualified solicitors and i was confused how become a solicitor because due to those solicitors my partner came homeless and my husband lost all savings however i met with angel who is a lawyer and now running this firm and he applied my entry clearance and home office granted my entry clearance without appeal and also clear that at the time my entry clearance my sponsor(husband) is living with homeless temporary accommodation provided by manchester city council and also getting benefit. it is concluded that some solicitors who came from pakistan or get their certificate by deception but unfortunately SRA DIDN'T know they are capable or not . this is truth and i always pray for him thanks shahnaz
Getting advise him but This is fraud firm and inside 1 person handle this firm he is also not trustworthy person ,this is not a regulated firm or person is not a solicitor ,check his record on company house and SRA website ,authorities must take action against this firm and person
