Worst place to even consider running a business! Management is a disgrace and utterly unprofessional. As a new potential tenant, took me over 4 weeks from first viewing to even getting to get back onto the phone to secure an office. Both area manager and sales assistant who manage the Rochdale area the worst any business tenant could even imagine having to deal with. I paid trades people to start manufacturing my branding for the specific office i chose which i have now lost 900 in costs because of their lack of compassion in their job! They never return your calls, emails or even answer your calls to chase up what is going on with an office i was willing to pay for in advance for the whole year. I was due an appointment today to meet with the sales assistant to take measurements but i got a last minute text! Rather than a phone call stating she won't be here! This had cost me half a day loss of my earnings! They performed background checks and credit checks without my consent which is a breach of data protection and i will be seeing this through legally. The area manager who made is a big time bell end. Beware of Gemma and Dale (so-called bell end area manager). If you don't like your potential client's, you shouldn't be showing it. Never in my professional working life have i experienced such disgusting attitude over the phone. Filthy management, stay away from this place! Hope the people interested in this place due to their prices understand that the price reflects to their quality of service and behaviour towards their clients. Thank you for understanding my frustration but for dragging on 4 weeks just to process a form? You flexspace are a joke. I would highly recommend BIZSPACE! i found many offices of choice at great prices today and guess what, form filled, lease agreement done within 15 minutes! Well done BIZSPACE!
Very reasonably priced offices for small businesses. Nice centre and professional staff. Would recommend.
